Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final after August 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM (7 days prior to the event)
Refunds requested before this deadline will be processed in full.

To request a refund, please email [email protected].

2. Ticket Transfers

If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket(s) to another couple.
To complete a transfer, you must provide the following details:

Full name of the original ticket purchaser

Email address and phone number

Number of tickets being transferred

3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

In case of emergencies or inclement weather, Pastor Kerry Smith & Lady D reserve the right to reschedule the event.
All purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date.

4. Age Policy

This event is designed for married couples only
Children are not permitted at this adult-focused marriage enrichment weekend.

5. Photography & Media Consent

Photos and videos will be taken during the event. By attending, you grant Pastor Kerry Smith & Lady D permission to use images or footage of you for future promotional materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please let a team member know at check-in.

6. Health & Safety
If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of illness, please do not attend
We will gladly refund your ticket if you notify us due to illness before the event.

7. Liability Waiver
By attending, you agree that Pastor Kerry Smith & Lady D, their staff, volunteers, and partners are not responsible for any injuries, lost items, or accidents during the event.
Participation is at your own risk.
